Olive trees & Olive oil

In the neighboring village of Vodice we own and manage an olive tree plantation with approximately 80 olive trees. Each year in autumn is the time of the olive harvest, which we traditionally carry out by hand. We bring the harvested olives to an oil mill that works with a unique method and which produces high-quality, cold-pressed olive oil from our own olives. We keep most of the oil for our own needs and sell the remainder.
