• Prices
• Our prices vary depending on the apartment and the number of people, as well as depending on the high or low season.
  In addition to the room rates, we charge 7 Kn (approximately 1€) city tax per person per night.
  We charge a deposit of €50 per stay. This will be returned at the end of the stay, with deductions for damages found during the final inspection. The retention of the deposit does not exclude further liability if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

• Children under 4 years of age are free.
  For large families or groups, rooms can also be combined according to prior agreement.

• Arrival & Departure
• However, please contact us in advance and let us know your time of arrival to ensure that we can welcome you in person.
  Departure by 10 am.

• Prepayment &
  Cancellation
• In the case of a binding reservation, half of the total price is due in advance as a deposit.
  We will inform you of the exact amount of the deposit when you confirm your reservation.
  Cancellations up to the day before arrival will result in cancellation fees equal to the deposit paid.
  In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or later, the entire room price is due for payment.
